Follow along for the step-by-step process you will go through if you call Fox for help with your household pests.
Step 1: Talk to A Fox Service Coordinator
When you call Fox for the first time, Fox Service Coordinators will talk you through your situation, no matter what your pest problem is.
- They will offer a personalized quote based on your situation and the pest problem you’re dealing with.
- They will schedule an appointment based on your availability. We always do our utmost to provide service as promptly as possible.
- They will send you an email in order to say, Welcome to the Fox Family!
Treatment Plan Options
Home Protection Plan
- 4 treatments over the first year.
- Free Target Treatments are available between quarterly services — just call our Customer Service representatives to schedule an appointment if you see any covered pests in your home!
Home Protection Plan with Sentricon
- 4 treatments over the first year.
- Free Target Treatments are available between quarterly services — just call our Customer Service representatives to schedule an appointment.
- Sentricon Termite Protection, including semi-annual monitoring. Scientifically proven termite colony elimination.
- Termite Protection Warranty renewed annually. If the termites come back, we’ll be on their case for you.
Step 2: Meet Your Pest Pro
During your First Appointment, you will meet your Fox Pest Pro. Pest Pros are well trained and have the experience necessary to solve your pest problems. Each person is thoroughly vetted through the Fox Process to ensure that you feel safe in a pest-free home as a new member of the Fox Family.
- Your Pest Pro will walk through the treatment process with you.
- They will answer any questions you may have about how treatments work, places you’ve seen the pests, and what to expect from the treatment.
Step 3: The Treatment Process
For the Fox Home Protection Plan, we plan to come to your home twice in the first month. The initial treatment is certain to stir up bug problems and we want to take care of them right away. The second treatment is designed to destroy any juvenile bugs that hatched during the first month. Fox returns once every three months thereafter. Call our Customer Service representatives to discuss any pest issues that arise between visits to receive free Target Treatments.

- Friendly Customer Service representatives can adjust scheduling, schedule Target Treatments, and answer questions.
