How much does service for my home cost?

Because we understand that every home and situation is different, we customize treatments for every home we service. We pride ourselves on quality service and do not want to overcharge or overgeneralize your pest management issue. How often will the home protection plan service be performed, and why?

We will come as often as needed at no additional charge! Our typical home protection plan services are every three months or four times a year. This gives our products the optimal time to keep pests under control and to catch pests at all stages of development. If you see pests in your home at any time, please give us a call. We will return for free and do a treatment to target that pest until we get it under control.

When is my next service?

When you sign up with fox pest control, we will create a schedule to treat your home. You can see this schedule on your customer portal. If you need to reschedule any appointments, please contact us, and we’ll get that taken care of for you. You should receive a reminder text or email reminder before your scheduled treatment. Your technician will text you again before arriving at your home.

How long will it take to see results from the home protection plan service?

Depending on the pest and type of treatment, you can expect to see results within 7-10 days. However, prior to the treatment taking full effect, you may see an increase in pest activity. This is a good thing; it means our products are working to flush pests out of their hiding places. During this time, be sure not to use store-bought insecticides – this can decrease the effectiveness of our treatments.

Is the product that fox pest control uses safe around my family and pets?

Fox pest control only uses EPA-approved products intended for use in areas where people and pets have access. However, homes with pets such as birds, fish, and rabbits may require alternative treatments. When outdoor products are applied, pets should be kept indoors. Once the product is dry (usually about 30 minutes) your pets are fine to go outside.

Is the service from fox pest control guaranteed?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our standard service plans. If you see pest activity between your regularly scheduled visits, we’ll come back at no extra charge for a targeted treatment. If we cannot resolve the problem after three targeted treatments, we will refund the last monthly subscription fee. For our bed bug treatment, our services are guaranteed for 30 days.

How long will service on my home take?

Several factors affect the length of the service including the size of your home and yard and the type of infestation you’re dealing with. For the first appointment, your technician will inspect and treat inside your home and around the exterior perimeter. This appointment could take up to an hour or more. Seasonal treatments after the initial service will only treat the exterior of your home unless you specifically request a targeted indoor treatment. These should only take about 20 minutes, and you don’t need to be home as long as the technician can access your yard. You can rest assured that if your fox pest control technician finds that your property needs additional attention, we will get the job done before leaving.

Does fox pest control service homes on the weekend?

Fox pest control offers scheduling options for evenings and Saturdays at no extra charge.

Do I need to be home for Fox to perform a service?

It is important for us to meet our clients during the initial treatment. We share our treatment plan for the property and apply the first treatment to the home’s interior and exterior. Unless you request an interior treatment to address a specific pest problem, you are no longer required to be present during the service following your first treatment. Subsequent treatments maintain the barrier around the outside of the house.

How do I update my payment information?

Do I really need services in the winter?

Insects and other pests do not die during cold months. Some pests hibernate in your eaves or soffits, in weep holes in window frames, and in gaps in your siding; others simply move slower. Our home protection plan treats pest problems during the summer when they are most active. However, the best long-term results come from regular treatments, especially during the winter when pest activity is reduced.
